Building size will be between 630 thousand to 702.369 square meters, and can be
seen from a distance of 1.5 kilometers. And equivalent to the size of the new
building the size of three football fields, and has a height of about 52 meters.
And the building will feature many of the retail shops and restaurants, which
will be an area of 20 to 25 thousand square meters, and will also include
indoor theme park with an area of 8400 square meters.
The project will be built on two main phases : the first phase of
