To postpone the launch of "HTC One" to compete with "S4"

 Company postponed the "HTC" Taiwan launch of its latest smartphone "One" until after the month of March to be a direct competitor to phone Galaxy "S4" which will reach the market in April.

The "HTC" revealed her smart phone "One" on February 19, before Samsung unveils a "Galaxy S 4" on March 15 to come to market in April.
