Mohammed Bcenti, imam Mohamed Abdel Krim in the province of Nador in Morocco,
only in Ramadan, a 13-year-old, memorizing the whole Quran when he was 9 years
old, and may give him the Imamate in taraaweeh because priority come to save the
Koran and not age, they call his voice Palmlaúki, and each of the hearing is
expected to be senior readers of the Koran in the future :).
